We will be doing a seated 'Intuitive Guided Meditation'...Weather permitting we will be connecting with the essence of the 'Tree Energy' via the Celtic Calendar, embracing the 13 month cycle & the tree that is connected at the time of doing our monthly meditation...Although this is online...I'd love you to also connect to the trees energy outside...A tree leaf may also be used for the meditation... Or 'Just be' we will still be able to connect to the 'Trees Energy'...
